Carded Medical Records

Once the project has been listed there is no return of the research for a refund except for as listed below. There is a nonrefundable deposit of $25.00 on each document. We will look to see if there is a good chance the document is at the Repository proir to invoicing you, but if the the document is not avaliable for whatever reason, we will hold that $25.00 deposit. You do not loss the funds, it will be converted to a company credit in your name. This credit has no monatary value but can be used towards any purchase with our company. You may also transfer this credit to anyone else for free, just let us know,yes you can charge them for the credit.

All documents will be digitized and delivered via Dropbox in JPEG and/or RAF formats. Most documents will be delevered in full color, but some that have already been digitized may only be avaliable in Black & White.
