Additional Image Counts on Pensions
​
Additional Images Counts, there is a $0.15 per image cost over the first 350 images in one (1) Pension or average image count for bulk orders, 350 images X (times the number of Pensions). Our average image count per pension in our 20 years at the National Archives is 145 images.
Single Pension pricing includes up to 350 images per Pension.

Bulk Pensions as follows, 10 - 49, 50 - 99, & 100 + Pensions are averaged, meaning, if you order 12 Pensions at one time you would have to exceed 4,200 images (350 X 12) for the whole order to be charged for additional images.

Research Trips
Rates vary depending on Research Field
(Research trip minimum is $500.00 per day, besides the actual research it includes pre-trip planning, pre-trip scheduling, and communication with other researchers, staff, colleagues of research locations in the research field as needed, and an evaluation of the days' production to continue to plan and schedule each upcoming days' effort.)
(Mileage Rates and Per Diem Expenses are not included and will be billed separately as per the rate table below.)
Research Locations; National Archives in Washington DC, National Archives College Park, Maryland and the Library of Congress, no mileage rate or expenses added.
All other Repositories including all Regional National Archives and Records Administration locations, Presidential Libraries, State Archives, State Historical Societies, Libraries and Universities do require mileage rates and expenses to be paid by clients.
Zoom Workshop Rates
$55.00 - $150.00 per Workshop

Zoom Workshops are set up as 45 minutes to 3 hours and will be designed to meets your needs. Remember we are a full US Military Research Group which specializes in the American Civil War, but we cover all US military actions from pre Rev War through present.

In Person Workshop Rates
(see below)
Workshops are designed for your needs, minimum workshop time is billed at 3 hours and include set-up and breakdown times. Example; a 2.5 hour workshop requires .5 hours of set-up and breakdown time which equals 3 hours total time for billing purposes.
Workshops over 100 miles from our office (19 Briar Point Ave., Coventry. RI 02816-5601) are billed for mileage (see below Mileage Rates). To figure mileage, use google maps, input our office location and than the location of the workshop, multiple by 2, subtract 100 miles, than multiple that answer by $0.50 per mile. Minimum mileage charge of over 100 miles (total round trip) is $50.00. For workshops over 750 miles (total round trip) from our office, the client will also be charged a per Diem expense rate for one nights hotel expenses. (see below).
Workshops held within 100 miles (total round trip) will not require a mileage rate.
All workshop clients will be billed for tolls, parking and ferry costs.
Mileage Rates
$0.50 per mile, estimated via Google Maps, paid in advance.
Per Diem Expenses
$150.00 per day, hotel & taxes, paid prior to shipping or workshop.
Tolls, Parking & Ferry, actual costs, paid prior to shipping.
There are no charges for food or drink costs.

Basic Research Package
$165.00
Includes up to 5 hours of research and digital copies of all the documents we locate during this research, each additional research hour is $45.00/hour confirmed by you prior to research being done.

Advanced Research Package
$450.00
Includes up to 15 hours of research and digital copies of all the documents we locate during this research, each additional research hour is $45.00/hour confirmed by you prior to research being done.
Required is a prepaid invoice and payment in full for services ordered, there is a $25.00 non-refundable deposit per veteran, per record. We will do our best to confirm that there are records prior to our visit, but once a contract is completed and payment received and if we can not retrieve the stated records due to powers outside of our control the deposit will be retained by us. There will be however no other charges and a refund of the balance will be issued. We will however offer you the chance to convert the non-refundable deposit into a personal account credit. This personal account credit can be used to purchase any of our services or products, this personal account credit has no refundable cash value.
